Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all subscription

plans offered by OpsLift (opslift.tech).

By subscribing, you agree to the terms

outlined below.

1. Subscription Plans

OpsLift offers monthly subscription plans:

- Starter — ₹7,999/month

- Growth — ₹12,999/month

- Scale — ₹19,999/month

All plans are billed monthly and

auto-renew unless cancelled before

the next billing date.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your OpsLift subscription

at any time by contacting us via:

Cancellation requests must be submitted

at least 7 days before your next billing

date to avoid charges for the following

month.

After cancellation, access continues

until the end of your current

billing period.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions

Subscription fees are non-refundable

once a billing cycle has begun. No

partial refunds for unused days.

3.2 Exception — Setup Failure

If OpsLift fails to complete guided

onboarding within 14 days of payment

due to reasons solely on our part,

you are eligible for a full refund

of that month's fee.

3.3 Duplicate Payments

Accidental duplicate payments will be

fully refunded within 5–7 business days

upon verification.

4. Trial Period

No charges apply during any free trial.

Subscription begins and first payment

is collected only after the trial ends,

unless cancelled before expiry.
