Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to the ₹2,999 one-time OpsLift setup payment for coaching centers.

OpsLift currently offers a one-time setup and 30-day use model through the public website. There is no automatic monthly charge after this payment.

1. ₹2,999 OpsLift Setup

The ₹2,999 OpsLift setup payment includes:

  • Guided OpsLift setup for your coaching center

  • WhatsApp fee reminder workflow setup

  • Parent request tracking setup

  • Owner dashboard setup

  • GST invoice

  • 30-day use after setup activation

2. No Auto-Charge

The ₹2,999 payment is one-time.

You will not be auto-charged after the 30-day use period.

If you want to continue using OpsLift after the 30-day period, OpsLift will contact you separately with the available continuation options.

3. Cancellation

Since the ₹2,999 payment is a one-time setup payment, there is no subscription cancellation required for this offer.

If you do not want to continue after the 30-day use period, no action is required from your side.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled manually by OpsLift.

You may request a refund in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment made by mistake

  2. Payment completed but OpsLift setup has not started

  3. OpsLift is unable to start your setup due to reasons solely on our side

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:

  1. Setup has already started

  2. Setup information was not provided by the coaching center

  3. Delay happened due to incomplete or incorrect details shared by the coaching center

  4. 30-day use period has already started

  5. The coaching center decides not to continue after seeing or using the setup

6. Duplicate Payment Refund

If duplicate payment is made by mistake, OpsLift will verify the payment records and refund the duplicate amount within 5–7 business days after verification.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact OpsLift within 7 days of payment.

  • Reason for refund request

8. Refund Review Timeline

OpsLift will review refund requests and respond within 3 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method, depending on payment provider support.
