(opslift.tech) or subscribing to any

OpsLift plan, you agree to these

Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OpsLift, you confirm that you

are authorised to enter into this

agreement on behalf of your coaching

center and that you accept these terms

in full.

2. Services Provided

OpsLift provides a SaaS platform for

coaching centers in India including:

- Automated fee collection and reminders

- Support request tracking

- Owner dashboard and reporting

- WhatsApp-based communication tools

- Guided onboarding and setup

Features may be updated or modified

at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Providing accurate registration

information

- Maintaining the security of your

login credentials

- All activity that occurs under

your account

- Ensuring your staff uses the

platform appropriately

OpsLift is not liable for losses

arising from unauthorised account access.

4. Subscription and Payment

- Subscriptions are billed monthly

- Payment is processed via Razorpay

- Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use OpsLift for any unlawful purpose

- Attempt to access other users' data

- Reverse engineer or copy the platform

- Use the platform to send spam or

unsolicited communications

- Misrepresent your identity or

coaching center details

OpsLift reserves the right to suspend

accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features

of OpsLift are the intellectual property

of OpsLift. You may not reproduce,

copy, or distribute any part of the

platform without written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of OpsLift is subject to our

Privacy Policy (opslift.tech/privacy-policy).

By using the platform, you consent to

data collection and use as described

in that policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

OpsLift is provided on an "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or

error-free service.

OpsLift shall not be liable for:

- Loss of revenue or profits

- Loss of data

- Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed

the amount paid by you in the last

30 days.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use

at any time. Changes will be posted

on this page. Continued use of

OpsLift after changes constitutes

acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws

of India. Any disputes shall be subject

to the jurisdiction of courts in

Haryana, India.
